Marketing Artist

**Job Description**: Ubisoft Sydney is seeking a Marketing Artist for XDefiant. You will be accountable for developing and managing the creation of high-quality visuals for use in global marketing campaigns and internal presentations. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the Brand Book and contribute to the creation of seasonal style guides. We are looking for someone who is versatile, curious, self-motivated, and has a passion for playing and working on games. You will work closely with the Brand Director and collaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Artist, Monetization Director, and other project leads. This position allows for partial remote work, but you need to be able to commute to the office in Sydney on a weekly basis. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Brand Director to evolve the visual identity and style guide of the game's communication, including participation in the creation of seasonal style guides, maintaining the Brand Book, and ensuring their implementation across all assets. - Develop concepts and illustrations to guide the direction of Key Art images and ensure their execution meets quality standards. - Conceive and produce 2D assets needed for marketing campaigns (e.g. social media, website, in-game communications, internal presentations). - Provide support to other teams creating marketing assets. - Regularly review the competition and other relevant industries for benchmarking and inspiration. **Qualifications**: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role. - Bachelor's degree in art media, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience. - Extensive experience using Photoshop (or a similar 2D software). - Knowledge and experience using any 3D software (rendering, lighting). - Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills, with a proactive attitude. **Game Description**: XDefiant is an fast-paced arena shooter where excitement and competition collide, featuring an ever-growing selection of iconic brands from the "Ubi-verse".
