**What is the role?**

As the F & B Manager for our Zone Bowling Illawarra venue, you will lead our F&B team and have influence over the success of this venue by championing our values every day You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

**Who are you?**
- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- Passionate about service standards & able to instil the same pride in your team
