We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumus Imaging Campbelltown.

In this patient-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—creating a welcoming environment and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

This is a permanent Part-Time opportunity offering 30 hours per week, on site parking and easy access to public transport.

Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings with professionalism and care

Handling patient enquiries and providing clear, empathetic information

Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry

Processing Medicare billing, payments, and end-of-day banking

Assisting clinical staff to keep daily operations running smoothly

Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting basic IT issues

Organised & adaptable: Able to balance competing tasks with a calm, efficient approach

Positive & proactive: Brings energy and problem-solving skills to the team

Team-focused: Works collaboratively and lends a hand where needed

Healthcare experience a plus: Previous medical reception or administration experience is highly regarded
