**Duties**:

- Design, develop and create service proposals and bid solutions.
- Prepare key analytic data to develop and design solutions, contributing towards the overall sales strategy to best meet customers’ needs throughout the life of the agreement.
- Managing the bid process, from strategy, to initial request, submission and contract negotiation
- Analyse complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Communicate contract policies and practices to the internal business partners.
- Ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements
- Streamline processes and creating cross-functional partnerships.
- Evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness of the solution to ensure proper contract entitlement.
- Actively involve with the organising of due dates, defining processes and preparing of written content for ITSM proposed solution.
- Perform full review, approval, and execution of vendor contracts for sourcing engagements.
- Built strong relationship with internal stakeholders to understand product and service requirements and execute strategic sourcing plans.
- Performed detailed financial analyses to determine potential business risk associated with a supplier or contract.

**Desired Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to upskill to secure profitable contracts.
- Proven ability to secure contracts at pitch/presentation stage.
- Able to create bid templates, compelling bid response documentation etc.
- Writing, designing, editing and project managing complex tender submissions.
- Strong people management skills and ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, industry experts, executives and key stakeholders.
- Managing the end-to-end proposal process from bid qualification and production to contract signing and feedback review and mastering the preparation of contracts.
