The role in a nutshell

You will oversee broad service operations, which include compliance, service delivery, staff training and community partnerships.
You will lean on your past experience, working with youth to ensure inclusion, engagement and supervision of children within the service.
Leading by example, you will develop the staff in your service to your own high standards, utilising your team's passions and skills to create unique activities.
Working across split shifts you will be allocated paid administration hours, outside of service hours to manage the paperwork aspect of the role.
Permanent Employment with guaranteed hours;
Influence and coordinate planned activities based on the children’s interests and your team's skills;
Team management, development and support;
Develop strong relationships with the school, families and broader community.
About you

Commitment to our company values and philosophy;
Diploma/ Bachelors/ enrolment within Education, Humanities, Sport or similar;
Valid WWCC
Availability over split shifts/ Monday to Friday
The ability to pass a National Police Check
