Bunnings Frame and Truss continues to grow across Australia and with this brings new opportunities to join our close-knit family. Our Brand New Frame and Truss Manufacturing plant in Wacol Brisbane is now looking for a Production Admin Support Officer.

About the role:
A a as a Production Admin Support Officer based at our Walcol Frame and Truss site, you will perform general office duties and support the Manufacturing Operations team both locally and regionally whilst maintaining and promoting a safe work environment.

In your role you will be first point of contact for any visitors and enquires to our Wacol F&T site whilst being responsible also for the batch invoicing, stock control, payroll, filing and team enquiries in H&S. The major responsibility in addition to the above is managing Production Paperwork with use of our Project Management software - this essential role ensures the success of Production life-cycle by preparing manufacturing documents, data input and finalizing completed work for our clients.

In addition to the above you can expect to:

- Analyse systems and processes to improve cost/service efficiencies within the department.
- Liaise with multiple Stakeholders & Build Long Standing Relationships
- Assist in the resolution of H&S issues

About you:
As a Production Admin Support Officer for Frame and Truss you will be a naturally organized individual with an ability to understand a variety of Reports and Documentation related to building materials and Production Scheduling - though our systems and materials can be taught a high attention to detail and strong admin skills will be required. Your pro-active, organized and have strong time-management skills whilst able to develop relationships through excellent communication both written and verbal. You may have come from a previous Customer Service, Reception or Admin environment either face to face or phone based and whilst Building Knowledge is not essential an interest in Construction, Engineering or DIY is advantageous.
