Storeperson (Cables & Electrical)

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who wants to join our team in Braeside, Victoria. You will be responsible for the warehouse operations and ensure customer orders are picked including cross-checking and signing off picking slips.

**Some of your duties will include**
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and report any incidents or accidents to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately
- Pick packing and assembly of products for our customers.
- Load & unload transport/couriers & customer pickups as required ensuring product and documentation is correct
- Report any stock discrepancies and variances to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Work collaboratively with all departments to achieve goals
- Maintain a safe clean workplace, ensuring warehouse and yard are always clean and tidy
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Active involvement/ participation in the company continuous improvement program

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent work practices

- The ability to follow policies and procedures.

You must have a current forklift license to be considered for this role and warehousing experience. Having a reach truck license would be an advantage, but not essential.

Your superior communication skills will ensure everyone is kept up to date, and your friendly and your outgoing personality will set you apart. You understand why we need the information we do, process it quickly, and have a strong eye for detail. You’re comfortable with machine & forklift operation and have worked in a warehouse environment for at least two years ideally within a mechanical environment.
