At Salt Human Services, we value people—our clients and our team. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Male Disability Support Worker (aged 30-40) for a casual role supporting a client in Scarborough, QLD, who requires assistance with mental health support.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support, helping to improve the client’s independence and quality of life. Your role will include:
✔ Providing mental health support
✔ Assisting with daily living tasks
✔ Encouraging social engagement and community participation
✔ Implementing strategies to promote well-being and stability
**Requirements**:
NDIS Worker Screening Card
Blue Card
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
First Aid & CPR Certification
Previous experience in mental health support
Strong communication skills (English first language preferred)
Certificate in Disability or relevant qualification (bonus but not essential)
