The purpose of this role is to provide an ability for Aussie Gardening & Cleaning to deliver cleaning services.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Clear communication with customers to ensure that we understand their needs and our customers understand the outcome and how this will be achieved.
- Provide specialist knowledge specific to your experience and knowledge base.
- Ensure that all tasks and services are carried out in the safest possible way regardless of who is completing the task to minimise danger to our customers, our team and property.
- Follow the cleaning checklist and calendar notes and support team members to do the same.
- Communicate incidents, upselling opportunities, client concerns and unavailability and keep up to date with team chats.
- Organise and maintain supplies and equipment.
- Prepare equipment and supplies for services ahead of time, ensuring we have equipment needed and adequate time to arrive.
- You are required to comply strictly with time recording procedures by entering your timesheets prior to payroll processing.
- Maintain high quality customer service skills by providing emotional and social support to clients and understand the customers’ needs prior to completing the service and understanding the satisfaction of the customer at the cessation of the service.
- Maintain time management skills in the customers home to ensure the service will be completed to a high standard within the time allocated.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Drivers Licence
- Use of Own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- National Criminal Record Check

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist and reach in compliance with manual handling techniques for a minimum 4.5 hours with a 10-minute break, including walking up and down stairs / steps / ladders / step ladders.
- Ability to wipe, scrub, dust, mop, and vacuum whilst ergonomically carrying up to 10 kilograms of equipment including walking up and down stairs / steps / ladders / step ladders.
- Ability to drive (or be in a vehicle) for up to 3 hours with legislative breaks as required.
- Ability to lift up to 10 kilograms unassisted (25 kilograms assisted) or the ability to move, slide, push and pull 15 kilograms unassisted (50 kilograms assisted)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.21 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
