**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the enterprise market and expand our client's customer base.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to align strategies, enhance product offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to drive insightful sales strategies and adapt as required.
- Manage and report on sales performance metrics, providing accurate forecasting and contributing to the overall sales planning process.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to establish a strong presence and foster valuable connections.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on cloud solutions, technology platforms, or related services.
- Experience in leading and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver growth.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
