**Disability Support Workers needed in Moonee Valley VIC**

**MON - Friday**

**9AM-5PM**

Magnolia Centred Care is a fun, care-based workplace that is rapidly growing and needs a Support Workers to join our team We provide phenomenal care and feel confident that our clients have the support to reach their goals.

**The Role**

Magnolia Centred Care is on the lookout for energetic and engaging individuals who can provide community access supports to our participants.

Your aim will be to empower and guide the participants, utilising capacity building skills to enhance their social and mental wellbeing, as well as assisting in daily living tasks so they can live a fulfilled and independent life to the best of their ability and become contributing members of the community, doing so with the highest level of respect, dignity, and care.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- An out-going, positive and interactive attitude.
- Initiative to advocate for your clients to ensure the best level of care is provided.
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable in challenging situations.
- Know how to organise and action daily tasks and schedules.
- The ability to work under limited supervision
- fluent in English
- Certificate IV in Disability or ageing support

**Experience**:

- Experience within the care sector
- Experience in disability
- Experience with Alzheimer
