**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Male Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role focuses on community access support, helping individuals with disabilities to engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities.

You will play a key role in supporting clients to live independently and participate fully in everyday life. This includes attending appointments, going shopping, participating in leisure activities, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to clients during community access outings
- Foster independence and confidence in clients through respectful and empowering interactions
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and team members
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
- Accurately complete daily documentation and progress notes

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong and clear communication skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (with insurance)
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or similar

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 9 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- On call

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check - Employee (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Fire and Safety Training Certification (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
