**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, including weekly EFT payment runs
- Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
- Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations
- Update expense management policies and procedures
- Maintaining and improving expense management software (Concur) and processes
- Assist in the administration of funds raising processes
- Assist with audit requirements

**Critical Success Factors**:

- Solid experience in end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of Goods & Services Taxation (GST)
- Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- An ability to work in a team environment with a focus on meeting tight month end deadlines
- Integrity and honesty in all aspects of work

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Previous 2 years experience in a similar role
- Right to work in Australia
- Police check required
- Exposure to Concur Expense Management System highly regarded
