A reputable and growing organisation are offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven and dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to lead, motivate and manage their payroll workforce on a permanent, full-time basis. Located in their head office in Mulgrave, this organisation offers a great working culture and work from home opportunities after probation.
**Your new role**
The role reports to the Finance Manager and includes:
- Managing a small & efficient Accounts Payable team
- Ensure Accounts Payable team is productive, accurate, effective and meeting strict deadlines
- Be involved with the Accounts Payable processing
- Reconciliations and balancing to the General Ledger
- Accounts Payable end of month duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience managing an Accounts Payable Team
- Experience in a high volume and value Accounts Payable role
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar system
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
