What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria:

  • Accredited as one of the following professionals:

  • Rehabilitation Counsellor

  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physiotherapist
  • Exercise Physiologist
  • Provisional Psychologist
  • Applied Psychology Graduate
  • Registered Nurse
  • Social Worker
  • Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory—new graduates are welcome to apply

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Manage a manageable caseload under the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
  • Conduct assessments and develop effective strategies and recommendations to facilitate case progression.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including insurers, employers, and medical professionals, to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Prepare professional reports.
