**Job Description** ELIGIBILITY**
- Visionary leader with a strong background in luxury hotel management.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with short, medium, and long-term goals in areas including hotel performance, people development, and ESG initiatives.
- Charismatic ambassador for the property, consistently demonstrating impeccable personal presentation and upholding the highest standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a results-driven, collaborative approach, and a robust commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to maintain the property's reputation through a guest-centric, quality-focused approach.
- A visible and approachable leader who actively engages with guests and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Dynamic leader who leads by example, inspiring colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Passionate about team engagement, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team of seasoned professionals.
- Prior experience as a General Manager, specifically within the Australian market, is essential.
