**Join the HUB24 Group Risk & Compliance team in an exciting Line 2 role reporting to a Senior Manager**. In this role, you will provide leading Line 2 Risk & Compliance services to support the HUB24 Group in responsible business risk-taking.
This role comes with the opportunity to be part of a leading and dynamic Risk & Compliance team led by an Executive Chief Risk Officer and within an organisation that is committed to elevating Risk & Compliance.
**What you will do**:
- Providing operationally independent oversight and challenge of risk-taking activities across the HUB24 Group business operations.
- Developing and delivering the HUB24 Group Risk & Compliance strategy, and maturing Risk & Compliance frameworks, policies, and methodologies.
- Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the RMF, Group Risk Profile, CRMS and all related policies and procedures in alignment with ISO31000/37301, legal and regulatory requirements
- Practical implementation and embedment of the RMF/CRMS including through identification, assessment, and management of relevant risk and compliance obligations and requirements.
- Coordinating the cyclical Board/Board Committee review of the RMF, CRMS, and related Policies, maintaining related documentation including registers, and reporting for HUB24 Group Boards and Committees.
- Writing content and delivery of Risk & Compliance training for HUB24 Responsible Managers and other employees.
- Monitoring and reporting against linked key performance metrics for HUB24 Group employees
- Developing and maintaining risk profiles and registers including regularly collaborating with business units on ownership and control of risks.
- Incident and breach management and reporting, including developing and maintaining the HUB24 Group
- Incident and Breach Registers and coordinating the monthly Breach Forum
- Oversighting complaints management policy and procedure and providing operationally independent analysis and reporting as well as assistance and advice as required to manage complaints to resolution.
- Monitoring the effective operation of the HUB24 Group Risk Management Framework, risk culture, and control environment, and reporting on the findings and recommendations.
- Supporting the Line 1 business teams to implement and maintain effective Risk & Compliance culture, practices, and procedures.
**What you need to be successful?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or business.
- Accreditation through GRCI/ RMIA considered favourably.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a second line Risk & Compliance team.
- Demonstrated experience in a role within Risk & Compliance with an Australian financial services institution, preferably within wealth management.
- Sound knowledge of the current regulatory regimes applicable to the HUB24 Group business operations.
- Experience in the regulation of IDPS/ Managed Investment Schemes, MDAs, Wraps/Platforms, and Superannuation products or platforms.
- Experience in the regulation of superannuation and financial product advice.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information.
- Proven experience in influencing and driving change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage with management, business, and other team members.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS office (primarily MS outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, & MS Word Skills)
