As we grow, we’re seeking a strategic and results-driven **Head of Delivery** to lead prioritisation, planning, and execution across our organisation.

**The opportunity**:
**As our Head of Delivery**, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring alignment between teams, driving delivery excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead the design and implementation of delivery disciplines that prioritise transparency, efficiency, and collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, working with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead organisational planning, prioritisation, and delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build and manage delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive improvements in cycle time, throughput, and predictability, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate key forums such as quarterly planning sessions, sprint planning, and showcases.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and continuously refine delivery practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee team performance, development, and recruitment with a focus on coaching and growth.
- Champion our company values and culture, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

**What you'll bring**:
You’re a dynamic leader with a passion for driving delivery excellence and fostering collaboration. You have a strong background in Agile/Lean practices and thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
- **Experience**: 10+ years in Agile/Lean delivery roles, including senior project or programme management positions.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing delivery teams.
- **Delivery Expertise**: Deep experience in facilitating prioritisation, planning, and execution across multiple domains.
- **Collaboration**: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills to manage complex stakeholder groups.
- **Strategic Vision**: Strong track record in aligning delivery practices with business strategies.
- **Tech-Driven**: Experience in SaaS/DaaS environments and working closely with product and technology teams.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
