We are currently working with a Brisbane-based, tech startup with a passion for developing innovative technology to assist with the growth of their partnered digital marketing and software development clients Their team is growing and they have enlisted us to help them find a talented website designer to join their team

This is a full-time role, located here in Brisbane

This Web Designer role will see you as a member of their high-output team, you will coordinate the design and implementation of client websites. The client websites are developed across multiple platforms with the primary development platforms used being Webflow, Duda, WordPress, and Shopify. If you are resourceful, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement - then we want to talk to you

**The Role**:

- Conceptualising creative ideas with clients
- Testing and improving the design of the website
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
- Designing sample pages including colours and fonts
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience designing and developing websites
- Experience in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience eliciting design requirements with a client
- Demonstrated skills in time management, and working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience
