Join Suncorp as our Risk & Compliance Data Advisor, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our risk and compliance management practices. Collaborate with the Compliance Risk & Oversight team to harness data analytics techniques that address challenges and provide valuable insights for effective oversight and monitoring. **What you’ll do**
- Deliver multiple (often concurrent) data and reporting engagements and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate Compliance reporting, including Senior Executive management committees and Board reporting.
- Defining appropriate methodologies to translate qualitative standards to quantitative measures to assess and monitor risk behaviour.
- Identifying relevant data measures and sourcing the required data, working with risk analytics team to support in building resources for users within Compliance Risk & Oversight.
- Collaborate across the broader Risk community and provide guidance to team members to uplift data analysis capability.

**What you’ll bring**
- Degree in Business, Law, Data or other relevant field - Desired but not mandatory
- 5+ years business, regulatory compliance or risk management experience in the financial services industry.
- 5+ years in a role performing data analysis to solve business problems, including building fit for purpose analytic models/tools.
- Intermediate to advanced technical capability in MS Excel. Other relevant technical experience beneficial but not essential.
