About the Role
As our Ecommerce Trade Lead, you’ll take ownership of Lorna Jane’s online trading strategy — bringing your commercial acumen, confidence, and passion for sales to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You’ll drive performance through effective merchandising, promotional planning, and data-led decision-making. This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, embraces responsibility, and loves turning insights into action.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Retail, Marketing, and Stock, while leading and mentoring our Ecommerce Trade Specialist. Supported by the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll help shape the digital experience for our global customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Review cyclical trading results, spotting performance trends and opportunities.
- Optimise category and product merchandising to drive visibility, conversion, and sell-through.
- Manage the ecommerce trading calendar — overseeing campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate across ecommerce, marketing, and stock to achieve business goals.
- Communicate trading insights to key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

- 2-3 years’ experience in ecommerce or retail trade — ideal for a retail leader ready to step into digital.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively.
