**About the Role**

This role is based at our Robina head office on the Gold Coast. Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for training and communication? We’re looking for a Dealer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional work environment and enjoys bridging the gap between technical teams and end-users globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Support**
- Serve as the first point of contact for our dealer network related queries and troubleshooting.
- Assist external resellers with our proprietary software.
- Log and escalate unresolved issues to programming teams and track their progress.

**Training and Development**
- Develop and deliver virtual training programs for external dealers.
- Organize monthly hybrid training sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives to boost sales.

**Administrative Support**
- Schedule meetings, maintain databases, and prepare reports.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency).
- Experience with creating and delivering training to end users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Work Hours**
- 5:00 AM- 2:00 PM. (Tuesday to Friday)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
