**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver exceptional presentation of the gardens across the Hotel.
- Hands on role with a solid understanding of managing a large garden property.
- Knowledge of modern techniques in lawn mowing and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, clipping of topiary, fertilizing, planting, turfing, pest and disease control,
- Make recommendations on the Hotel grounds and assist with the long term planning and development of the complex.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Success in a similar role and exposure to a large scale garden operation
- An acute eye for detail and development of solutions to ensure the high standard is maintained.
- A good working knowledge of various types of associated equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Positive mindset and a can do attitude
