The Claremont Hotel, or as the locals call it, The Mont is a favourite for a great bistro meal or a casual drink with family and friends. With the lounge bar, family bistro, and gaming room, there is something for everyone at The Mont. The Mont is a part of the Vantage Group operating across Tasmania through community-based hotels, employing over 400 people state-wide, providing a combination of bar, gaming, bistro, accommodation, and entertainment services to our customers.

**What you can expect in a day in the role**

We are looking for an experienced casual Bar and Gaming Attendant with exceptional customer service to join our team at the newly renovated ‘The Mont’. The general duties performed in this role will include but not be limited to:

- Pouring drinks and attending to patrons' enquiries- Assisting with gaming cashouts and answering questions- Daily cleaning and general maintenance in our bar and gaming areas- Assisting with special promotions and draws- Supporting our bistro during busy times with table service and customer assistance**What you’ll bring to the role**

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, initiative, and a team player mindset, as well as:

- A passion for providing positive customer service- Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures- An understanding of food & beverage products and services- A professional and mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming)/ or the ability to obtain**What you can expect from us**:
