We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Tree Removal Supervisor & Estimator** to join our team. In this role, you will oversee tree removal projects and provide accurate estimates to clients. You will work closely with our tree service team, ensuring that all operations are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Tree Removal Operations**:

- Lead and manage a team of tree removal technicians and arborists.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of appropriate PPE and equipment.
- Oversee on-site tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding activities.
- Coordinate daily schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.
- **Client Estimating and Quoting**:

- Visit client properties to assess tree removal needs.
- Provide accurate, detailed estimates for tree services, considering factors such as tree size, location, risk, and required equipment.
- Communicate with clients to explain the scope of work, pricing, and any safety concerns.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and schedule services.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tree removal safety protocols and best practices.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve team output.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Inspect, maintain, and coordinate repairs for all equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure tools are available and in good working condition for each project.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in tree removal, arboriculture, or a related field.
- **Leadership**: Prior experience managing a crew in tree removal.
- **Estimating**: Strong understanding of tree removal pricing and ability to generate accurate quotes.
- **Certifications**: Certified Arborist (ISA) or similar credentials are a plus.
- **Safety-Oriented**: Extensive knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to engage with clients professionally and deliver high-quality service.
- **Physical Ability**: Capable of performing physical labour, including lifting, and operating heavy machinery.
