**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Care**: Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and other daily living activities.
- **Support Plans**: Implement and follow individual support plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Facilitate social and recreational activities, encouraging community involvement and social interaction.
- **Transport**: Provide transportation to and from appointments, social activities, and other outings.
- **Medication Assistance**: Support clients with medication administration as required.
- **Household Tasks**: Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and other domestic tasks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, incidents, and other relevant information.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for the rights and well-being of clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- **Safety**: Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a disability support role or similar position is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Up-to-date vaccinations as per health regulations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: $30.36 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
