**About our Opportunity**

We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Stapylton. In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for scheduling depot and customer deliveries on behalf of our branch in Newcastle. This will involve calling customers to confirm delivery dates, scheduling the deliveries and various admin tasks to ensure that all documentation is saved and filed against each customer order.

Responsibilities include:

- Calling customers in advance to confirm delivery dates
- Confirming/ scheduling delivery runs
- Print out all delivery paperwork for the driver
- Scan and save documentation into relevant customer file
- Book overnight accommodation for drivers when required
- General customer service and administration support

**About You**

This is a junior role in the team which plays a key part in ensuring our customers experience great service levels. We are looking for someone with previous customer service and administration experience who likes to work as part of a friendly team, and who is keen to learn, develop and progress their career.

You will bring:

- An excellent phone manner and clear communication skills
- A commitment to providing great customer service
- The ability to work as part of a small team to meet objectives
- Great organisation skills
- Basic (or above) skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Keenness to learn and progress within the organisation
- Ability to commit to working Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm.
