**The Position**:
This is a full-time position working on a 7/7 roster, the Operations Team Leader will be responsible for our crew to lead and coordinate the “fish farming” of our Zone. This will include all aspects of leadership including safety, people management, compliance (internal/external), risk management, and cost control.

- Hold full work rights in Australia
- Ability to lead a range of innovative solutions to maximise resources and opportunities, and minimise challenges
- Passionate and proven Marine Farmer who can inspire others to follow
- Operationally capable and commercially aware
- Be a highly self-motivated, persuasive and passionate influencer and leader of team members
