**Responsibilities**:
Macmahon is looking for a proactive **People Advisor** to join our Surface Mining People Operations team, supporting our Greenbushes Mine Site. Reporting to the People Superintendent, you’ll deliver hands-on generalist HR support, partnering with leaders and employees to improve employee experience and business performance. This role focuses on practical talent management, culture and compliance solutions helping our teams work effectively and grow.
