Platypus Shoes is a part of the Accent Group which is the largest footwear group with over 850+ stores, 34 brands and 30+ online platforms including; Glue Store, Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, The Trybe, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, & Nude Lucy
**About the Role**:
**Digital & Content Strategy**:

- Implement a digital and content marketing plan to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
- Project manage online campaigns and promotional activities, including briefing in assets, building EDMs, and tracking key dates for on-time delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates.
- Create and oversee ARLs (Asset Request Lists) for campaigns.

**CRM & Loyalty**:

- Develop and implement customer-led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyse and report on the ROI of campaign outcomes.
- Conduct post-campaign reporting with actionable insights.
- Track and analyze key metrics to refine future strategies.

**SEO & Growth Opportunities**:

- Drive SEO through blogs and optimized product descriptions.
- Explore and pursue affiliate marketing opportunities with digital marketing team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of ecommerce or CRM experience, ideally in fashion or retail.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
