**Full-Time Practice Manager - Vermont Village Vet**

Are you an experienced veterinary professional or people-focused leader looking to take the next step in your career? Vermont Village Vet is looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our friendly, close-knit team in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Role**
As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for people and business management, supporting the wellbeing of the team, and helping our clinic thrive.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing the daily operations of the clinic
- Leading and supporting a passionate team of vets and nurses
- Staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance support
- Inventory control and supplier relationships
- Overseeing client service and workflow optimisation
- Financial and business reporting
- Supporting a positive and inclusive team culture

**About You**
- You have prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused leadership role
- You’re a confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- You enjoy problem-solving and leading teams to success
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using veterinary practice software
- You’re passionate about pets, people, and creating a great place to work
