Cozmo Group Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced personal assistant to the Director of the company.
This hands on role is for someone with impeccable organisation skills, high standard of written and verbal communication skills, and highly dedicated.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a thriving, fast moving, exciting business. Cozmo Group Pty Ltd is a distributor of luxury health and beauty goods working with major retail parters both in traditional retail and ecommerce.
The Sales Director requires a loyal and capable person to provide seamless support in the growth of new sales and acquisition of new clients. The person will be adaptable, detail orientated, have high attention to detail, very ambitious, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in the health and beauty industry.
**Primarily you will assume all those responsibilities of a Sales Assistant / Administrator including**:
- Providing daily proactive support to the Director; anticipating needs and solving problems
- Building effective working relationships with key accounts
- Preparing attending meetings and recording minutes
- Organising purchase orders and sales sheets
- Handling activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
**About You**:
- Passionate about all things beauty and cosmetics
- Administrative experience reporting directly to upper management
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build a high level of trust through maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and database systems
- You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- Able to multitask on projects
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to develop and understand complex concepts
- Good understanding of sales and marketing methodologies and practices
- Excellent attention to detail or organisational skills
