This exciting opportunity for an experienced centre director or centre manager who wants to lead a devoted team that also that offers a fantastic and incredibly supportive working conditions located in the Vermont area

Due to relocation, the current director, unfortunately, has to move on. Therefore, the incredibly supportive and understanding operations manager is looking for the next leader with the enthusiasm and drive
***to support the educators and oversee the daily operations of the medium size service.

The senior management team is amiable and value providing a ''Positive, Safe and Fun" working environment for all to ensure longevity and a happy workplace The leader will be supported with a full time administrator and assistant director, which help the centre director do best and that is in inspiring and training staff on best practice with demonstrating the positive practices of respectful relationships with children and maintaining positive relationships with families.

There will be plenty of support onsite with opportunities for professional development and team collaboration with the other seniors For the Leader's efforts, they will be rewarded with a generous salary and as a bonus on top of the pay is very achievable KPI's.... effectively making the position more REWARDING

**Management Responsibilities**
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA recognised)
- **MUST** have at least 2 years experience in a centre director capacity or higher of a medium service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Full working rights within Australia (no restrictions)
