**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic **Customer Service Specialists** to join our sales team full-time With fantastic hours and a supportive environment, this is your chance to shine.

During the first few months you will learn the essential skills of the role, and shifts will be scheduled between our core business hours of 8AM-7PM, Monday-Friday. To set you up for success, your first 6 weeks will be spent at our Head Office in North Sydney for comprehensive training. After that, enjoy the flexibility of working up to 4 days a week from home

In this role, you can expect to:

- Be the first point of contact for our Customers and Consumers tackling inquiries about sales, products, deliveries, equipment support and maintenance
- Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Drive daily KPIs to enhance processes and efficiency for our customers.
