We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at JDE Peet’s. This is a full time job opportunity, based in our North Sydney office (80 Pacific Hwy). You will be the key commercial support person for eCommerce and breakthrough customers. This includes overseeing the eCommerce and breakthrough channel P&L and providing insightful analysis, particularly for new promotions or activations.

You will also assist in the compiling & submission of the month-end reporting deck (MRD), end to end analysis and reporting of inbound logistics and providing ad hoc analysis and decision support to the Commercial Finance Manager. In addition, this position also supports the consolidation and month end reporting of the total business up to the Region and includes formal submission through BPC (particularly during month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting).

Additionally, you will:

- Prepare the Sales and profitability analysis for eCommerce and Breakthrough Channels
- Prepare the monthly reporting deck
- Prepare & upload the monthly consolidation of the forecast
- Prepare journals & balance sheet reconciliation for inbound logistics
- Support with the implementation and testing of new tool Kantar XTEL
- Work on continuous improvement of current processes and challenge the status quo

**Qualifications**:
For this role as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Financial bachelor's degree (CA or CPA qualification preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in an international FMCG environment
- Advanced systems skills, including Excel and SAP (preference for BPC experience)
- Strong preference for experience with Kantar XTEL and PET2
- Experience with financial analysis of both inbound logistics and Direct-to-Consumer sales
- Full-time availability
- Ability to come into the North Sydney office 3 or 4 days a week

Additional Information

This role will offer an annual salary of $90,800 plus bonus and super.
