A rare opportunity exists for an energetic, experienced and passionate Diploma trained educator to join a welcoming and friendly team of professional educators.

Our service (licensed to hold up to 39 places) is designed to provide a warm and family-orientated environment promoting child development in a fun and educational manner, helping to prepare children for their further schooling years. Our highly-qualified educators are committed to working with each child in their developmental stages and provide a caring and happy atmosphere in which the children will be able to express themselves freely and show their individuality, therefore, ensuring optimal social, emotional and educational development.

You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality environment by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child's development and learning.

Selection Criteria
- A passion for delivering memorable and fun educational experiences to young children
- Diploma or above qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Minimum 24 months of experience in an early childhood setting (preferred). Brownie points to those with leadership experience.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
