Our client runs a beautiful exceeding rated 39 place centre in Willoughby, catering for children from 0 - 6 years and is seeking a Diploma Qualified Room Leader to assist.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of two Educators while utilising your knowledge and passion for shaping young minds. You will plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate activities for children. You will also bring prior experience as a Lead Educator and join a welcoming and supportive team.

**Successful applicants must have**:

- Diploma/ Certificate of Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children check.
- Current certificate in Anaphylaxis, First Aid and Asthma management
- Thorough understanding of the EYLF and experience in creating and developing play spaces based on children's interests and special events within the community.
- Experience in developing and implementing an educational program.
- A warm and approachable manner that displays true empathy for children and their development.

**Salary**: $45,955.85 - $71,491.81 per year
