**Eagers Automotive (AHG) **currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our sales department at
**EasyAuto123 in Joondalup.**

**This is a unique sales role - you will earn a lucrative guaranteed salary without commissions.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

**About you**:
If you are a professional sales consultant who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a new challenge - we are looking for you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those that have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply

**You will ideally possess**:

- Used Car Sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must be self-motivated and goal driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
