Our Sales and Service contact centre support over 1 million RAC members providing exceptional member experiences every day. At the heart of it all, helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best products to meet their needs and helping them get the most out of their membership with RAC.

We currently have opportunities in our Joondalup and West Perth contact centres to join our teams on a full time basis

As a Sales and Service consultant you will need to have good computer skills, excellent communication skills and some experience in Customer service or Sales will give you the edge. If you’re a team player and passionate about helping people, we will teach you the rest

Here’s what’s on offer;-
- Base salary of $59,197 + superannuation + loadings + bonuses, increasing to $65,003 after probation and successfully completing all required training-

Our contact centre runs 24/7 so we currently have shifts allocated between 7am - 10.30pm Monday to Sunday and ideally, we are looking for people that are fully flexible across shift patterns.
