**Office & Sales All-Rounder**
We are a **stair nosing company** based in Epping, Victoria (3076), looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in a **full-time office administration role** (Monday to Friday).
**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- **A smiley, positive attitude and talkativeness is essential for building strong customer relationships.**:
- Energetic, happy, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Resides close to Epping (3076).
- Own transport is required.
- Experience with flooring and wood products.
- Ability to understand and work with measurements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating customer invoices.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Managing general office duties, including **small-scale office cleaning**.
- **Greeting and assisting incoming customers.**:
- **Handling incoming deliveries and ensuring proper documentation.**:
- **Maintaining communication with the workshop regarding received orders and finished goods.**:
- Assisting with deliveries when required.
- Supporting production when needed.
- Managing supplies, amenities, and office inventory.
- Liaising with suppliers and handling payments.
**Preferred but Not Essential**
- Forklift license.
- Turkish language skills.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $23.23 - $44.40 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:

Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
