**About Skinterest**
Skinterest are a boutique development laboratory specialising in personal care, SPF and cosmetics formulation and testing. The small team comprises award-winning cosmetic chemists with 60+ years combined personal care, cosmetics, health and sunscreen expertise. The role will work closely with both the founder and the wider team of supportive, kind, and close-knit professionals, and we offer flexible start and finish times as we know there is more to life than work.

**The Role**
This fixed-term contract role is being offered on a part-time basis, and can be flexible regarding days/ hours to suit you. The CRM and automation specialist will work alongside the business owners to understand the operational framework of Skinterest and the challenges that come with rapid growth. Once the business landscape is understood, the role will work alongside the Marketing Director to scope, select and implement a CRM/ business and marketing automation system/s which can growth with the business over time.

You are a CRM and marketing automation whizz who can help a small business get their ducks in a row. You have had experience across a variety of CRMs and business process automation systems and can proactively manage selection and implementation. You are comfortable creating SOP's for adoption and training employees in system use and have experience working with Google docs and Xero. You are happy to work independently and make considered recommendations for system/ program investment to streamline business activity, increase lead conversion and enhance client experience and business performance.
