We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Handyman to join our well-established company in Port Melbourne.

Employment Type: This is a part-time, permanent role that provides stability and room for career growth.

Work Hours: The work hours are from 9 am to 5 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lighting repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Replacement of door hardware
- Cupboard tasks, including rehanging and tightening screws
- Painting
- Basic carpentry work
- Small tile repairs and grouting
- Fixing sealant in showers and wet areas
- Plastering
- Basic gardening and external property cleaning
- Assisting in the moving of appliances and furniture
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness after completing tasks
- Work locations encompass Melbourne CBD and the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne.

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot
- Demonstrated initiative to complete tasks to high standards and within set timeframes
- Effective communication skills
- Maintaining a time log for accurate billing
- Willingness to travel to various work sites
- Possession of a current Australian driver's license
- Proficiency in computer usage for maintenance logs
- Access to a company vehicle and mobile phone for work-related purposes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
