**Head of Regulatory Reporting, Decision Governance & Obligations**
The Star is growing as part of our renewal and remediation strategy. As Head of External Regulatory Reporting, Decision Governance & Obligations; you will lead and manage the Regulatory reporting, decision governance and Obligation’s mapping requirements for Financial Crime Operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver robust financial crime mandatory regulatory reporting in line with AUSTRAC requirements, the AML/CTF Program, group risk appetite and Regulatory (federal and state) reporting obligations
- Provide transparent, timely and appropriate reporting on AML/CTF Risk Operations activities to ensure senior management officers and directors
- Implement and operate reporting processes in accordance with Group Risk and Obligations Framework.
- Develop and maintain relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships, including law enforcement and government stakeholders, domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate and align with the Group Chief Risk Officer and other key senior leaders to ensure alignment of regulatory engagement

To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous Executive Management experience, responsible for the Reporting domain in a highly regulated domain (preferable AML related)
- Direct experience providing Financial Crime reporting to regulators in an Australian regulated designated business group and a deep understanding of the reporting requirements of adhering to AUSTRAC’s
- Experience in continuous development / uplifting in the Financial Crime reporting suit to maintain reporting compliance in line with regulators and Group Legal and Risk requirements
- Highly practised stakeholder engagement for business development and growth, both domestically and internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including detailed reports and presentations.
