**Our opportunity**

to support our wide retail business unit in their adoption of new technologies and enhancements to existing technologies. You will be working with our Banking, Health Insurance, General Insurance and even Pet Insurance business You will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong stakeholder, vendor, and SME management skills. You will have a background in software development and have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle

**What you will do**
- Implementing the agreed Technology Roadmap including strategic governance (via Architect)
- Asset health/lifecycle management, including currency and licensing compliance
- Identifying and managing tech debt and associated risks
- Participate in/manage as appropriate the identification, assessment, treatment & reporting of risks
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- End to end ownership of solution from design to end of life

**About you**
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure)
- Commercial software development experience in C#, SQL, REST API, front-end frameworks like TypeScript, REACT, Angular
- Experience in configuration and management of SaaS / evergreen solutions
- Proven project and delivery skills, and an ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Strong Software quality assurance and problem diagnosis and resolution
- In depth knowledge of documentation, coding, testing and deployment using multiple development languages and platforms.
- Experience in a technical leadership role with demonstrable experience in delivering scalable, secure and resilient solutions
- Experience with SuccessFactors or ServiceNow a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good skills in time and resource management
