**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **People & Culture Advisor**
- Providing advice and support to front-line managers on a range of employee related issues, helping managers to proactively improve the employee experience and address concerns before they escalate.
- Management of employee relations matters, undertaking investigations, supporting managers with the case management process.
- Identifying issues that are beyond scope of the role and seek advice, support and/or escalation to the relevant Business Partnering Partner.
- Maintaining and deepening a solid understanding of the awards and agreements and employment law that governs employment of staff.
- Turning data into insights and support the partners in operational reporting to the business and recommend appropriate actions based on trends.
- Supporting the Business Partnering Partners in the implementation of various strategic initiatives including ownership of some business improvement projects.

**What will you bring**:

- 2 years experience in a generalist human resource role.
- Solid investigation and case management experience.
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology or related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.
- Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired)
- Experience liaising with Unions or working in industrially complex organisation (desired).
- Experience with or knowledge of HR Advisory Centre of Excellence model beneficial
- Demonstrates problem solving skills to successfully identify problems develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
