**Security Supervisor - Westfield Southland**

We’re proud to share that Trident Services Australia has been appointed to deliver security services at **Westfield Southland**, with operations kicking off on **Monday 21 July 2025**. We're currently recruiting an experienced and confident **Security Supervisor** to lead the onsite team and ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers, retailers, and stakeholders.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity offering a competitive salary, job stability, and the chance to shape service delivery from the start of the contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing a professional security team
- Maintaining compliance with site procedures and client expectations
- Handling rostering, timesheets, budget management, and KPI tracking
- Supporting team development through induction, coaching, and ongoing training
- Building relationships with centre management, emergency services, and community partners
- Driving safety initiatives, service improvements, and innovation across the site
- Responding to and reporting on incidents in a timely, professional manner

**What you’ll need**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a security leadership role (retail/centre-based preferred)
- Clear and confident communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Thorough knowledge of Victorian security laws and retail risk management
- Valid Victorian Security Licence (including Crowd Control)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia and an open driver’s licence
- Familiarity with workforce management and electronic security systems
