We are looking for an experienced
**Team Leader** to join us to lead and manage our
**Health Insurance Sales Agents** in our
**Brisbane Spring Hill** office.

About the Role

The
**Team Leader** for
**Health Insurance Comparison** is responsible for leading a team of approximately 12-15 health insurance sales agents, ensuring optimal performance and delivering sales in the Health Insurance space.

With a strong background in outbound phone calling you will play an integral role in motivating, coaching and overseeing your teams success using best practices. You are a people person with a passion for sales and goal driven who wants to actively be part of creating a successful team and be part of business growth

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the health sales team, leading by example on sales best practice
- Conduct coaching, guidance, and support to team members for their continuous development and improvement, fostering a positive and motivational work environment.
- Monitor, review and evaluate agent performance, provide feedback and implement performance improvement measurements as required.
- Facilitate regular team meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between team and management/other departments.
- Assist team members in handling challenging/complex customer queries.

**About You**
- Two (2) years experience in a team leadership role of a high-performance outbound sales team; or
- Five (5) years as a successful high-performance pipeline sales agent or outbound sales agent.
- Experience in Health Insurance Sales is a plus
- A “can do” attitude and results driven
- Strong understanding of how sales teams function within inbound & outbound call centre environments
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate - CRM software, Google suite, with ability to learn new software.
