**The Company**

A reputable builder across both the Commercial and Residential markets, focusing on New build construction currently seek a Contracts Manager to work closely with their project teams.

**The role**
Reporting directly with the Managing Director of the business you will play a crucial part in strategies, direction and operation for each of the large projects they hold. This will entail collaboration with relevant stakeholders, overseeing, advising and enforcing contractual laws across construction processes:
**Duties (to name a few)**:

- review contracts for each stage of construction processes
- preparation of claims, EOT, variations, registers, subbie & contract notices.
- Provide guidance and instructions to project team members on all compliance including head contracts, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines, and project-specific procedures.
- Lead the administration of project contractual relationships and provide Legal advice where required.
- work closely with Construction Manager and commercial manager.

**Must haves**:

- Tertiary qualifications associated with Construction or Engineering, Commerce, Business, Law or similar
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a large Builder
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A high level of understanding of a large scale project environment, including sound knowledge of governance requirements, delegation of authority, purchasing policies and processes
