The OneSKY AUSTRALIA Project (the Project) will establish, commission and support a Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS).

The OneSKY Master Scheduler conducts planning/scheduling for the assigned projects/programs to enable effective monitoring and control of tasks and deliverables, schedule risks, workload and costs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and scheduling the scope of work within the Project Management tool (i.e. Primavera), developing / implementing and maintaining the PMB, analysing variances in the first instance to understand and support PM /WPM in reporting
- Preparation of PMO monthly reporting inputs for Work Package / Project / Programme dashboards
- Implementation of EVM methods and reporting as required
- Provide required deliverables to the customer as contracted (Contract Master Schedule, input to contract status reports)
- Drive the development and maintenance of the PMB and actively participate in the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) as required
- Support the development and maintenance of the Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) for the Project
- Conduct schedule health checks on bids/project/programs using DCMA 12 point check and/or Acumen Fuse or similar

**Essential Experience**:

- Extensive experience in Project planning and Controls and Project Management
- Advanced working knowledge of Primavera and Scheduling Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan)
- Advanced working knowledge in Earned Value management to a contracted standard (i.e.AS4817:2006) - with use of Deltek Cobra
- Advanced knowledge of schedule health check process or tools (e.g. Defence Contracting Agency (DCMA 12 point check and Acumen Fuse)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the project management lifecycle
- Experience within an Engineering & Defence environment
