**3PL Business Specialist**

**This is a contract that role will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operational activities between 3PL and Kenvue. The role will also be responsible for being a point of contact between the 3PL and Kenvue for all operational requirements.**

This position reports into Warehouse Manager and is based at Sydney, Australia

**What You Will Do**

The Deliver business unit strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as warehousing & distribution, customer service, and transportation across Kenvue to ensure our products are available for everyday care.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Responsible for ANZ Kenvue Third Party Logistics relationships and leads all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Cost validation of the Warehousing for ANZ
- Support in managing inventory reconciliation, destruction and write off processes with 3PLs.
- Managing any inventory related enquiries and cycle counts
- Manage any general administrative tasks that are required between Kenvue and 3PL eg: JJEDs / WWID /SAP setup for contractors, invoice processing, payment chasing and troubleshooting.
- Accountable for reporting to management, regional and 3PL business on tracking and ongoing success of projects implemented.
- Work with key Deliver and supply chain stakeholders and staff to develop and drive 3PL CIP projects.
- Ensure the 3PL are working according to Kenvue governance, validation, tracking and review processes that are in place.
- Accountable for completing Regional Scorecards and Dashboards on key KPIs
- Work closely with the Quality organization to ensure Compliance and Quality goals are established and achieved.
- Working with the Deliver teams and leaders to ensure 3PL is delivering business goals and objectives.
- Lead the 3PL deployments of continuous improvement and reliability encouraging as much 3PL led initiatives.
- Identify/Implement Process excellence activities, initiatives, programs to continuously drive performance improvement on various operational parameters (e.g., KPIs, metrics, cost etc.)
- Plan and support the 3PL site analysis/assessments to identify improvement opportunities and quantify benefits.
- Develop/Implement initiatives to improve 3PL site management and operational capabilities (e.g., through governance, playbooks etc.)
- Accountable for ongoing reporting, project management and success indicators for projects
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance is maintained and enhanced.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any supply chain or Logistics related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in several Deliver/Supply Chain/Customer Service roles
- Experienced in SAP (mandatory) or other ERP statistical software packages.
- Experience in Manhattan WMS would be beneficial.
- Experience or deep understanding of the various aspects of Deliver (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service,) and Supply Chain excellence standards.
- Understanding of process design, standards definition, and implementation.
- Strong Customer orientation and pro-active attitude
- Experience in building best practices in Operations efficiency.
- Experience in Project Management preferred.
- Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations via strong engagement/communication.
- Analytical capabilities
- Big picture orientation with attention to detail.
- Effectively runs and adapts to change.
- Good communication and team building skills.
